Lincoln Financial Remodel This tiny project involved the complete interior and exterior refresh of a former dental clinic, repurposing the structure into a financial advisory office. While modest in scale, the transformation was comprehensive - stripping the interior to the studs to reconfigure the layout for the specific flow and functions of financial advisors. The new interior balances modern sensibilities with preserving architectural character. Finishes and furnishings were selected to reflect a clean, contemporary aesthetic, while timeless original features - vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and clerestory windows - were thoughtfully retained to maintain the building's inherent warmth and identity. On the exterior, the existing architectural language was largely retained. Highmaintenance materials were exchanged for durable, low-maintenance alternatives to improve longevity and performance. The renovation also introduced ADA-compliant accessibility, ensuring the facility meets current standards without compromising its visual integrity.
